Rounding might be in order.
Also, seems to be an additional space between the number and the percent sign.

Edit: Also... is it damage from ALL sources or just blunt weapons? It doesn't say, so I assume it's all damage.

What? If you turn it on it's side, it's ASCII art depicting a wrecking ball? The 8 is the ball and the 4 is the crane arm. The zeroes are the chain.
