Basic Personal Armour cannot be removed

Once placed on a character, the armour cannot be taken off again.
If this is by design, then a note on the armour might reduce confusion.
If this is not by design... then... it's a bug.  =P

Once you put on a suit of armour, it can only be replaced, not removed. This could potentially be changed, but it doesn't offer very much gain (IMO) for the amount of time involved.

Then like Nomad said, how about a note/pop up that tells people this?
Could be part of the tutorial.

Will add it in somewhere, either to tutorial or the tips at the beginning of the level. Probably need to rework the tutorials, so less information is presented more often - 15 slides is quite a lot to read through.

Just put a note on the armour info.
Something along the lines of:
"Armour is custom made to the character it is equipped on"
Or "Character Bound on equip"  =P

When you say you added a game tip... do you mean the "tutorial" text?
Because I'm not seeing anything on my armour. Mind you it is fully upgraded armour.

I added a tip that will randomly show before level starts, may add something into item too.

Yeah, on the armour would be nice.

OR.... you could add a note in the crafting screen. That way you have to see the note before you even get armour.

Armour is custom made for the wearer and can't be worn by others.

Incidentally... why can't armour be moved once equipped? Is that a game design decision or a game engine limitation?
Why isn't it like any other piece of equipment?

Yeah, I'll put something small in there. It was really just a time saving thing - I realised it wasn't optimal at the time, but it's hard when making something this big to take the path of most resistance every time. May change it yet if it time allows and it seems like a good way to spend the time.

You will have players demanding removing armour. Even with only one type there is obvious instance where it's useful: when one doesn't have resources to equip everybody. It costs money and time to make, IIRC. Then you have to prioritize who needs protection the most. As we're getting allies gradually, first one to equip is Sam. But then you can't get it off him and give it to Ray afterwards...
