HowTo: Wield a shotgun, switch to fire mode (eg. via shortcut) and then change the current weapon (using a shortcut or button?). Observe persistent cone display.
I think it shows CTH percentages in between turns, but as far as I know, it has no gameplay effect. Probably just a glitch.
