[Resolved] Game freezing on lieutenant's move

Nomad:
I've tried taking out this Mafia lieutenant twice and each time the game has frozen on his turn.

There are only two Mafia lieutenants left (plus the boss).
I have 100% info on him and not the other.
My main character moves.
He moves and doesn't release.
Everyone else's initiative is after him.
