I have Utility 5 and a Perk point, but Nocturnal is unavailable.

There does appear to be some issue with perks not always being recognised as being available. I wonder if there is a problem with the code for switching characters in the perk screen. Will look into it.

Sounds similar to Trade 30 & Investor. Have tried various switchings with that. Could be wrong, but hadn't Nomad reported the Investor case before you added those arrows to the perk screen? 

Maybe there is something we do differently, so far wasn't lucky even when deliberately tested unavail. perks a few times.

Yep, that was one was thinking off. That save Nomad sent had it happening, and it's fixed now. Found an issue that was causing investor issue in some cases also.

I forgot to mention that this issue would be in the save I just sent you. I remembered at 4am but then forgot again until now.  =)

Yep, will be fixed in new build, which would guess is < 3 weeks away.

Sweet. Looking forward to playing around with it.

Yeah, should be some time in the middle of December. One of the areas of focus is more definition for leaders and making them more important in combat. Should help a little on the combat depth and the character system.
