For example, take Nobuki Ashigaru, it says "90% Accuracy". After upgrading CTH stat there is no change in the tooltip.
Don't know how it works, whether it increases this core weapon accuracy or it's added as a modifier later on (at first glance it looks like an addition at the end?). In case it's the former the tooltip can up the core number (eg. "93% Accuracy"), in case it's more the latter still would be neat to have it communicated somehow, eg. "Core Accuracy 90% (Enhancement +3%)" or so... Just an example.
