[Resolved] Upgrading weapon stats costs no time

Upgrading weapon stats doesn't seem to cost any time.
Reporting as there is usually listed some cost in minutes. It case it's just yet to be done, guess this may work also as a reminder:)

Btw. neither have seen it to increase skill. However, not saying it doesn't.
