[Resolved] Building button subtracts money

(v25, linux)

HowTo:
1. Launch an upgrade of a facility. The game subtracts the needed amount of money.
2. Observe the left bottom button "Upgrade" will change to "Building"
3. Now click at the "Building" button and observe that it will subtract the same amount money again...
4. You can repeat as much as want to the money depletion.

Oh, it actually kicks the next upgrades, neat. Also accidentally broke the game when tried to do it on a lvl1 facility, but I suppose if the 'building' button will become non-interactive it will solve all connected issues.
