Hi all. Currently working on alpha release 4, and this thread will cover the broad strokes of development. Feel free to comment, or ask questions on development.
Complete
- Fixed issue whereby aiming ranged characters animation updates based on mouseover (Looks like in fixing the V2 input responsivity issues, I went too far!)
- Added code to handle a chance to hit penalty for ranged attacks made under the minimum effective range. This will be used to make sniper rifles less effective up close
- Added first sniper rifle

- Removing Unity Launcher
- Added 11 graphics quality options to game, which will give a greater range of flexibility in finding the right balance between quality and performance
- Added tooltips to explain these options

- Added Bladed Weapons
- Found and fixed a number of bugs which cause enemies to become responsive, and the player to change order when moving.

- Will add an end turn shortcut key
- Will add another 1-2 perks
- Test and release latest build
