Added cone of fire for shotgun. Was tricky and spent a good bit of the weekend on it. Feels good to have it done though : )

Added a new perk: Intimidating Presence - allows leaders to intimidate characters in their command radius, reducing their chance to hit

New Perk: In The Zone - Grants a 5% chance to hit bonus for ranged attacks for this turn
New Perk: Hunker Down - Reduces chance to hit of enemies targeting you for 1 turn and reduces explosive damage
New Perk: Take Em Out - Tag an enemy to receive 10% additional damage for 2 turns

Fixed CTH being clamped between 5-95% before factoring in CTH modifer from targeting a specific body part. This resulted in a maximum of around 70% chance of a headshot. Maximum is now 95% in line with other attacks. Also added fog, which will appear in certain conditions.

Fixed keybindings not updating immediately in combat, when a new key is bound. (Thanks Nighteyes and HoboForEternity)
Input now disabled when in menu.
Prevented end turn input being accepted when targeting a body part.

Testing is underway for build 13. It should be available before the weekend.
