I started a new game on Hero level.
This is my first mission after rescuing Doc.
I'm not seeing any target information.
I put my cursor over the enemy and nothing comes up.
After pausing the game and writing this out, when I returned it started displaying the information correctly. This should probably be considered an observation.

Will mark it for a further look. Possibly a UI layer not being enabled, possibly unregistered input.

I've noticed it since, but I've moved the mouse around and it's come up.
It may not be an issue so much as an oddity. The only reason it really got my attention was because it was my first actual mission on the hardest difficulty.

Was the cursor locked in place? I've experienced a locked cursor (have just figured out recreate steps) when moving out of character screen in combat, by using the menu button and resuming. Going to fix this now.

Other situations not showing tooltips, but most probably unrelated to this bug:
- There are no unit tooltips to see during enemy turns. Not sure if it was always this way.
- If you want to use Tag! or Insult perks you won't see any tooltip at the phase choosing to which enemy apply the effect.

No. I was moving it around and checking the other enemies.

This is the same issue that was happening with mission 1 - is fixed.
