I went to play a mission on the following city block:

When it loaded I was faced with the following screen:

No interface and no information.

This was an issue with lights - it's fixed.

Oh... whoops... I checked to see if a warehouse1 issue was already reported... but apparently didn't dig deep enough.

Glad it's already sorted.  =)
