Ok, np. However, see what happened to Elena right now when Sam reached lvl 20 and allies 19:

In other words, no need of antiallies for portrait annihilation.

Allies got 2 skill points and one perk point. I think her Firearms skill went from 135 to 137. No negative skills/stats. Everybody else are ok, but also having none skill so high.

Again, mentioning just in case this wasn't already covered by the fix.

You hit a provisional skill level cap... it has been increased in V20 and have put in a couple more checks to prevent a few other advancement related issues. Would expect problems of this nature further into gameplay in the current version.

I get that. Only, the problem was reaching skill cap from either side shouldn't cause bugs. More so, if you mean it literally, perhaps the game shouldn't let us cross the threshold? But you probably have this resolved for v20.

The current fix a is temporary raising to 300. Will add more comprehensive error prevention code later. I agree in principle, but right now, don't want to tamper with anything that isn't absolutely necessary.

Of course. I'm only expressing reservation about resolved status. Not my place to tell what or when you should do. Not many will reach 300, indeed.
