(v20, linux)

Howto:
1. Close tutorial at the character screen
2. then switch to another where it will show tutorial window (eg. projects)
3. Switch back to the character screen
4. Observer persistent tutorial from the previous screen (2).

Fixed - caused by no tutorial on character screen after mission 3, so the tutorial wasn't being replaced by anything.
