Opening this just to be on the safer side. The crafting time was increased, but it seems to me, having all allies I see lower numbers than before. And the crafting time doesn't change if I send allies on an operation or put them to active rest. If the only available allies are to contribute, then suspecting that there can be some problem with them contributing regardless how busy (-> always getting this lower time).
