Getting no intel after facility attack

Facility attack info: Lvl 1 Training facility, survivalists, 27 July, Vigilantes difficulty, 3 party members.

After winning the battle, there was surveillance screen and then operation debriefing. No intel screen.
Recalling from v19: wasn't there supposed to be Sam going through materials image right after winning?
I also checked gang info screen at the base and there was nothing new.

Well, I admit I've got Sam incapacitated, but thought that won't play a role.

Yeah, that screen should appear, not sure why it isn't. May hotfix the game to remove the ability to attack facilities for now.

Hm, all in all, that isn't bad idea. Nothing game breaking, but it also doesn't communicate its intended purpose, I suppose.
Is it easy to do on Steam?

Edit: Had fun in the Nightclub last night. No intel against Mafia gathered and they are still open. So probably applies to all facilities.
