[Fix Req] UI disappeared after switching out of the game to write a bug report

Nomad:
When I wrote the previous bug report, I came back to the game to find that it Sam's turn, but there's no UI and I can't do anything.

I can open the options screen, but I can't save the game (I'm assuming to stop save scumming) to go out and come back in.



Can't shoot. Can't move.
Can't end turn (because Sam doesn't appear to have control yet).

Daithi:
Will see if can be recreated!

Nomad:
I alt-tab out a LOT and this is the only time I've had an issue, so it might be hard to recreate.
