[Test in Linux] Battle HUD on operation debriefing screen

How to reproduce:
1. Win the battle;
2. On the operation debriefing screen Esc into the menu;
3. Alt+tab out of game and back;
4. Esc from the menu back to operation debriefing screen;
5. Observe a nice interface on the forefront. 

One can normally continue by clicking on the Home icon, so it's not a stopper or so.

As it's throwing 404 for past attachments, here is the battle HUD on post-mission surveillance screen for a change:


The same steps as in case of operation debriefing screens.

Have changed what happens when you alt tab out for V21. Will remember to check this out when I build, to see if can be recreated on Win, or if it's linux specific.

This is still an issue in v21 for the surveillance screen. But not happening always. Will investigate what is different.
