Mafia Lieutenant, aggressive AI type. Path blocked with fire. Attempts to throw incendiary. Range too great, yet some meta orders involving throwing, with no path are stored in meta order list. These orders should not be added to list. There was also a move order, but rating of false throw order was higher.

Possibly fixed, recreation for confirmation may be difficult.

Question:
Does "game hanging on AI turn" equals them not ending turn or does it show itself as longer decision making?

In this case, they didn't end the turn, because they couldn't complete the action they decided to do.
