[Resolved] Citiscape camera movement breaks map lines

(v20, linux)

Problem: If you use some camera operations on citiscape - zooming and then scrolling, it will cause some map graphics glitching. Specifically the map lines.

Possibly only Linux (or also Mac) related, because haven't noticed this other LPs than the following:

The grid was competing with the paper to be drawn because their elevation was too close. Fixed.
