Enemy Traits - Suggestions

Have hinted at an enemy trait system a few times, and there's a good chance will try to add it in version 23. Primarily, because it could increase difficulty level, so sooner would be better than later. This would be like a set of simplified perks for enemies, which would vary the challenge individual enemies present.

Some of these traits might be assigned if a character is of a certain class, like all enforcers get "Fearsome Presence". Some could be randomly assigned  to characters. To kick things off, these are some of the ideas I've had.

Melee Resistant - This character resists x% of melee damage
Firearms Resistant - This characters resists x% of firearms damage
Marksman - This character has a greater CTH with firearms
Martial Artist - This character has a greater CTH with melee
Fearsome Presence - Inflicts fear on nearby enemies. Resists fear from player characters, reduces the effect of terror to that of fear
Terrifying Presence - Inflicts terror on nearby enemies. Resists terror effect from player characters.

Though may take this further down the line, with things like activatable AI abilities, these would likely necessitate writing time consuming AI code (which would like to avoid for now), so am mainly interested in simpler, passives like the ones above, as could likely add numerous simpler traits in the time it would take to add one complex one. If you have any more complex ones, feel free to throw them in, could be useful for later on.
