Alpha 7 Release Notes:

* Added new vigilante: Ray Case
* Added new encounter: Too Many Questions
* Added voiceovers for Ray Case, Elena Furey, and Emilia De Soto
* Added 4 new perks: Eye for Weakness, Deep Cut, Concussive Blow, Solar Plexus Strike
* Added 3 new status effects: Concussed, Bleeding, Winded
* Improved appearance of perk screen
* Improved legibility of combat notifications when using oil paint filter
* Added a number of bug fixes
